We are currently looking for a mid-weight digital designer – on either a full-time or part-time (3 days/week) basis to join our growing team in the London office of Infinite Global. This individual must be highly creative, organised, self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong understanding of how to conceive and deliver a broad range of creative projects across digital, social, moving image and print.

 

Responsibilities

 

You would be primarily responsible for conceiving and delivering all creative outputs across a broad range of professional services and corporate clients. This includes:

 

  • Designing for / managing a broad range of creative projects across digital, social, moving image and print
  • Helping to develop creative concepts and ideas – either leading / presenting to client, or as part of a project or pitch team
  • Creating digital assets for use on web and social (and occasional print assets), using both established tools and proposing new solutions
  • Demonstrate data visualisation techniques across media/platforms as part of research-led content campaigns
  • Co-owning digital platforms such as websites, social channels and other tools – for both clients and for the Infinite Global brand
  • Working with, managing and/or sourcing external freelance specialists
  • Overseeing governance and evolution of the Infinite Global brand and identity
  • Acting as an internal advisor for all things visual and design – including training the wider team on important trends, case studies, platforms, tools and processes
  • Contribute to new business results through the development of ideas, design components and creative assets to fuel presentations, proposals and marketing materials

 

Qualifications and Competencies

 

  • Degree educated (minimum 2:1)
  • Minimum of two years design experience (in-house or agency) 
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • Fluency and experience with video editing (AE, Final Cut), CMSs and CRMs, traditional typography / logo design skills, as well as portrait photography skills (confidence to take portraits with a DSLR) are all advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, outgoing and client-service oriented
  • Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines
